One Day Career Counseling Session

Dr. GM Panhwar Institute of Knowledge, Learning and Skills, Mustafaabad, in collaboration with Jinnah Sindh Medical University Karachi, organized a one-day career counseling session for candidates seeking admission in medical technology departments. Expert professors from different fields of the Jinnah Sindh Medical University Karachi participated in the event. In this session, more than 300 students, both boys and girls, participated from different colleges and Higher Secondary Schools of Mirpurkhas and Shaheed Benazirabad Divisions, including Government Degree College Pithoro, Government Degree College Khipro, Government Degree College Dhoronaro, Government Degree College 12 Mile @ Sindhri, Government Higher Secondary School Pithoro, Government Higher Secondary School Hingorno and Government Higher Secondary School Bhit Bhaiti. While delivering the welcome address madam Saira Salahuddin Panhwar chairperson of Dr GM Panhwar institute of knowledge learning and skills extended heartfelt gratitude to the esteemed guests. She emphasized that acquiring expertise in technical fields is crucial for keeping pace with the world.

Dr. Muhammad Imran, Director of the Institute of Medical Technology at Jinnah Sindh Medical University, Karachi, highlighted that many youth, after passing the intermediate exam, prefer to become doctors or engineers, overlooking numerous other excellent career opportunities available to them. Dr. Muhammad Imran shed light on these alternative fields and provided guidance to the aspiring students. During the session, Madam Amira Panhwar also shared valuable information about the technical fields of medicine. Concluding the event, Mr. Jalaluddin Panhwar, the eldest son of Dr. G.M. Panhwar, presented “Ajrak and Sindhi topi” to all the respected guests. Meanwhile, the chairperson of the Dr. GM Panhwar Institute, Mrs. Saira Salahuddin Panhwar, specially gifted Ajrak, Sindhi topi, and a book of Sufi poet Shaheed Abdul Raheem Girhori named “Kalam-e-Girhori” to Amjad Siraj Memon, Vice-Chancellor of Jinnah Sindh Medical University Karachi.
