This information is used solely to verify and acknowledge your donation, and to maintain our internal donation records. It is not shared with third parties except where required for our own accounting or legal obligations.

1.3 Alumni Portal (Registration & Membership)

If you register for our Alumni Portal, we collect:

• Username, email address, and password (your password is stored in encrypted/hashed form and is never visible to us in plain text)
• Profile details you choose to provide, such as your name, a short “About Me” description, contact number, and professional interests

Some of these profile fields are, by design, visible to other members or the public depending on the visibility setting you select at registration (e.g., “Everyone,” “Only Me,” “All Members,” or “My Friends”). You are in control of who sees this information and can adjust these settings at any time from your profile.

1.4 Forums, Groups & Activity Feed

If you participate in Alumni Portal forums, groups, or the activity feed, any posts, comments, or content you submit are visible to other registered members (and, depending on group settings, potentially the public). Please do not post sensitive personal information in these public community areas.

1.5 Automatically Collected Information

Like most websites, our Site (built on WordPress) may automatically log standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited.
