Dr. G.M. Panhwar Institute of Knowledge, Learning & Skills is a non-profit educational institute established in 2012, based in Sindh, Pakistan, providing computer & technology classes, English grammar & speaking, stitching & tailoring courses, a community library, and related educational and social programs for rural communities.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our Contact, Donation, or Registration forms

• Uploading or posting unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harassing content in the Alumni Portal, forums, or groups

3. Admissions

Admissions to the Institute’s educational programs are conducted offline, in person, at our physical campus. This website provides admission notices and general information only (such as session dates and seat availability); it does not constitute an online admission application. Interested candidates must visit the Institute directly to collect and submit admission forms as described in current admission notices.

4. Alumni Portal, Forums & Community Content

Registration for the Alumni Portal is open to alumni, staff, and community members. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Keep your login credentials confidential and be responsible for all activity under your account
• Use the forums, groups, and activity features respectfully and in accordance with these Terms
• Not post content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others

You control the visibility of certain profile fields (e.g., “Everyone,” “Only Me,” “All Members,” “My Friends”). Content you choose to make visible to “Everyone” or “All Members” may be seen by other users and, in some cases, the public. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

5. Donations

• Donations to the Institute are made via direct bank transfer to our official account (Habib Bank Limited), followed by submission of a confirmation form with a transaction screenshot.
• Donations are voluntary and, once verified and processed, are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at the Institute’s discretion in cases of error (e.g., duplicate or mistaken transfers).
• Funds donated are used to support the Institute’s educational and charitable programs and operations.

6. Book Downloads & Third-Party Content

Our Site provides free access to a selection of Urdu literature and books for educational and community benefit. These works are made available by authors listed alongside each title. Where such works are shared for community educational access, all rights to the original literary content remain with their respective authors/publishers. If you are a rights holder and have concerns about any content hosted on this Site, please contact us using the details in Section 11, and we will address the matter promptly.

7. Scholarships & Job Listings

Information about scholarships and job openings shared on the Site (including listings from government departments, universities, and other organizations) is provided for informational purposes only. The Institute:

• Is not the provider of these third-party scholarships or job opportunities
• Does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or outcome of any listed opportunity
• Is not responsible for the application processes, decisions, or conduct of the external organizations linked from this Site
